Our reclaimed floor selections include the prestigious Antique Dalle de Bourgogne, an antique flooring material that was used in homes and farms surrounding the Dukes of Burgundy since the times of Louis XIV. Truly remnants of French History, our Antique Dalle de Bourgogne first, second and third face stones have an incomparable character with their warm color range, random sizes and unique patina. Our selection also includes a much older selection: the Antique Jerusalem, also known as Biblical Stone, which dates as far back as the end of the first millennium. MARBLE AND TRAVERTINE

Marble floors have been used in some of the most elaborate and prestigious structures since Ancient times. These stone floors are distinctive and exude quality, richness and elegance. Francois & Co. offers a selection of marble flooring, mostly in white, beige and grey color palettes, as well as a high quality travertine with a subtle brushed finish. These flooring materials are ideal for a wide range of décor styles from the minimal and contemporary to transitional and classic.

DALLE DE BOURGOGNE REPRODUCTION

For the first time the beauty and characteristic patina of the coveted Antique Dalle de Bourgogne is reproduced with our authentic Scagliola^TM craftsmanship technique. Beautiful, original reclaimed stone pieces have been selected, color matched and re-crafted with the old world tradition of Scagliola, providing a rich range of color and finishes incredibly close to the original antique flooring material. The Dalle de Bourgogne Reproduction materials are available in a 3 piece and an 11 piece pattern and are leveled to a consistent thickness, making it a convenient alternative for installation in any rustic project.

RUSTIC STONE

Quarried in France, these stones are hand finished by skilled craftsmen to lend them an "Old World" feel and look. The distressing techniques used by our master artisans are well kept secrets and we commission only the best and most renowned to hand-finish our materials.

CLASSIC STONE

Nature has created these versatile and durable stones, which exude elegance and warmth displayed in a variety of tones, from light beiges to ochre colors. Its textures range from fine and smooth to slightly grainy, or enriched with small fossils. These classic limestone floorings have been extensively used throughout the years in many residential settings such as 19th century Haussmann-style Parisian Buildings.
