These exquisite pieces with unique aesthetic qualities are hand-crafted using our Cold Casting Metal technique. This highly technical process involves mixing a fine metal powder (copper, pewter or brass) with a bonding agent to produce a material which is then applied evenly by hand into a mold. As it hardens it forms a perfectly smooth metal face coat. The cast is then hand-polished until the desired metallic shine and luster is attained. The Cold Cast Metal technique allows us to create intricate shapes and exquisite details impossible to achieve with soldered metal sheets.
